Profile / Career
Naomi Miyata
Representative Director, Sapolabo Co., Ltd.
Representative, Mama Mirai Support Group
CEO, Growth hack lab technologies LLC

For 17 years, I operated a restaurant in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. I then expanded my expertise into social media management, web development, e-commerce, and management system development, supporting companies in building effective business systems and developing new sales channels.
With the goal of establishing a development and business support structure that extends beyond Japan, I founded a company in Dubai. Today, leveraging our bases and network of partners in Japan and the UAE, I work alongside companies to connect them with the specialists and organizations they need, providing support ranging from the use of subsidies and grants, AI and DX, employee training, sales promotion and PR, to overseas expansion.
As a mother raising five children, I am also committed to creating a society where value and opportunities circulate toward the future of mothers and children, as well as supporting the growth of businesses.

Between Dubai and Tokyo,
as a single mother raising five children

I am a single mother raising five children.

Balancing work and parenting,
financial uncertainty,
and anxiety about the future.

Not as an idealistic theory,
I have lived my life struggling through the realities of everyday life.

That is why I have always felt strongly uncomfortable with the fixed ideas that
“mothers are weak”
and “mothers are the ones who need to be supported.”

Mothers have far more potential than they are often given credit for.
When the right environment and systems are in place,
they can create value and thrive in society.

This belief
is the starting point for everything I do.

From school refusal
to acceptance at a university in Dubai

My child's experience with school refusal
made me realize that
“following only the path laid out by the Japanese education system is not the only option in life.”

We gathered information,
changed the environment,
and looked beyond Japan.
As a result,
my child went on to attend university in Dubai.

Through this experience, I came to truly understand that
education and life both offer far more possibilities
when we look beyond national borders.

This personal experience
led directly to the study abroad and educational relocation support services I provide today.

17 years of restaurant management
and hands-on business experience

Throughout my career,
I have been involved in businesses across a wide range of fields,
including food and beverage, beauty, IT, e-commerce, and international business.

Having experienced both success and failure,
I can say this with certainty.

A business cannot run on theory alone.
What matters is a practical understanding of the field and the ability to execute.

The reason Sapolabo
is a company that “does not stop at planning”
is rooted in these years of hands-on experience.

Why Dubai?

Dubai is
a country that offers a fair environment for people who are willing to take on challenges.

Rather than age, gender, or title,
“What do you do?”
and “What value do you create?”
are fairly evaluated.

I felt that this environment
holds tremendous potential
not only for Japanese companies,
but also for mothers and individuals.

That is why I established a business
supporting overseas expansion from Dubai,
with the goal of sharing
the reality and possibilities of doing business there.

The vision behind Mama Mirai Support Group

Supporting mothers and children
is not about helping them simply because they are “in need.”

It is an investment in the future.

When mothers become financially and emotionally independent
and take an active role in society,
it greatly expands the possibilities available to their children.

By connecting our activities with corporate CSR initiatives,
we are building a
sustainable cycle of support
that does not end as a one-time contribution.

I want to change a society
where someone has to keep enduring.

Mothers take on new challenges,
companies grow,
and society becomes more prosperous.

Creating a system
where all of these things continue to move forward together.

That is
the reason Sapolabo exists.

Message

Investing in the future of mothers and children
is the work I have dedicated my life to.
A company's ambitions often come to a standstill due to limited budgets, human resources, expertise, or execution capabilities.
Sapolabo's strength lies not in selling a single service, but in organizing challenges and combining the systems, people, technologies, and sales channels that each company needs. We transform an entrepreneur's vision into an actionable plan and team.
We create budgets, build systems, and turn them into revenue. Our goal is to create a future where this growth circulates into new employment opportunities and possibilities for the next generation.
