| Cancellation & Suspension Policy | Refunds and cancellations are accepted unconditionally if requested within one (1) week from the application date through the prescribed method. If you wish to cancel the service, please submit a cancellation request by the 10th day of the month prior to the desired cancellation month. The service will not renew from the following billing cycle. Unless a cancellation or suspension request is submitted, the service will automatically renew on a monthly basis on the same date as the original application date. |
